Dulcie September was an Athlonian of remarkable intellect and courage. She completed her teachertraining at the famous Battswood College in Wynberg. She became the ANC representative in Paris where she was sadly assassinated. Denise Newman, Newman, another famous Athlonian, known for her versatile acting, really got into the role of Dulcie in the monologue Cold Case. The production was performed at the Baxter and at Artscape and drew enthusiastic applause from audience members.
