Teacher evaluation had now become a formal process and had been structured under the title IQMS (Integrated Quality Management Systems). Educators were now reflecting on teaching methodology, preparation, administration and extra-mural activities as their teaching would be appraised every year. We have used our IQMS as a critique for self-growth and development.
